All services provided by the online store for the customer are made solely by the following conditions: By order, the customer accepts the terms of the online store.
1. Accepting sales terms
By ordering the selected goods online, we will send an email from Kaan.az with details of your order. Please note, if you have not received an answer within 1 business day, it's advisable to check any "Junk Mail" or SPAM mails that may be installed on your system before any contact. Our response can be blurred by such a program. By ordering the order, the customer has read all the information given to him in the procurement process and has declared the general terms and conditions to be accepted. In the absence of the ordered goods, the customer is informed immediately via e-mail or telephone. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and price errors. If this happens, the customer will be promptly informed. All prices listed here may change from time to time. Any price quoted by the company is valid only upon acceptance at the time of purchase, otherwise, we would like to inform you that unpaid or unreported means of communication are the same as when the customer's order was accepted by the company. the order will be automatically deleted 10 days after the date it was sent. Kaan.az reserves the right to accept or reject orders, and reserves the right to cancel any uncompleted order. After being ordered, the customer will be deemed to determine the compatibility of the wheels.
2. Cancellation of order
Please note that the cancellation of the order placed on our online store is only possible if it has not been sent yet. Each customer is informed about the order history via e-mail.

3. Delivery and shipping
We deliver your order to your doorstep and get the goods as comfortable as possible. Delivery is free (only in Baku). Relivery to other cities and regions will result in additional transportation costs, taking into account time and distance. Wheels can be delivered directly to your home address or to the service you want.
